Hour Foundation

Description: Aimed at low risk Service Settings
(Mainstream Secondary/Primary Schools, Nurseries, Children's
Hospitals, Elderly Care etc), this course cover personal safety,
risk reductions strategies, positive handling, together with documentation
and legal guidance.

Hour Basic |
|
Description: Aimed at medium risk Service Settings
(Special Schools, PRU's Children's Homes, Elderly Care
etc), this course cover personal safety, risk reductions strategies,
a range of positive handling and interventions, together with
a focus on policy, documentation and legal guidance.

| Advanced
Modules |
|
Description: Modules aimed at high risk Service
Settings (Special Schools, PRU's, Secure Units, Children's
Homes, Elderly Care etc) these modules cover personal safety,
risk reductions strategies, a range of positive handling and interventions
in response to dangerous behaviour. Areas covered: Everyday objects
used as weapons, transport and safe ground hold positions.

Tutor Courses |
Intermediate
Tutor Course

Description: This course will enable participants
to cascade training within their own Service Settings within permitted
trainer ratios. ( Two trainers are required for new staff training
events) Successful participants will be licensed to deliver both
6 Hour Foundation and 12 Hour Basic Course to employees of their
employer within their district. This five day intensive course
will provide Tutors with a wide range of positive handing and
interventions strategies and legal knowledge to deliver the aforementioned
courses.

Description: This course will enable participants
